Dress Code
Members
introducing visitors to the Course or Clubhouse
must enter the visitors’ names in the Visitors’
Book provided for that purpose.
Members are requested to make themselves and
their guests aware of the Club ByeLaws relating
to dress on the Course and in the Clubhouse.
2.5 The
wearing of denims, collarless tee shirts, crew
necks or football type shirts or trainers by
persons playing the course is not permitted.
3.6
Members and male guests using the Dining Room on
Sundays must at all times wear a conventional
jacket, closed collar and tie. Ladies are
required to maintain similar standards. All
members and guests using the Dining Room on days
other than Sundays are required to maintain at
least "smart casual" dress standards. They are
required to change out of clothes in which they
have been playing golf.
In respect of the Casual Bar please note the
following:-
Dress worn in the Casual Bar should be
interpreted as “smart” casual.
Footwear must be “proper” footwear i.e. no
spikes, no golf shoes of any kind, no trainers,
Denims of any type/collarless shirts/crew necked
shirts/football shirts are not acceptable dress
for the casual bar.
Members and their guests should observe the
requirements of the following Bye Law: 3.13
Mobile
phones should not be used on the course
at any time except in an emergency and
not in the main public rooms of the clubhosue.
