BOYS & GIRLS JUNIOR OPEN STROKEPLAY TOURNAMENT

SCRATCH & HANDICAP PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED
CONDITIONS
1. The tournament is open to Boys and Girls under 18 years on 1st January 2011.
Handicap limit Boys 28, Girls 36.
2. The entry money is THREE POUNDS (£3.00)
3. Entries accompanied by the Entry Fee and a stamped self-addressed envelope (or visit our website www.mortonhallgc.co.uk where the draw will be published under ‘Open Golf Events’), must be received by Mortonhall Golf Club, not later than 13th July.
4. The Council reserve the right to refuse any entry without disclosing the reason, to alter oramend any of the conditions, and to settle any dispute which may arise out of the competition.
5. Starting times will be between 09:00 and 13:00. Competitors should indicate the time theydesire to commence their round, and this will be met as far as possible.
Details of times of starting will be posted on 2nd July.
6. In the event of a tie the winner will be decided on the better inward half or such other method as the Council may decide.
7. The Boy’s & Girl’s Trophy will remain the property of and in the custody of Mortonhall GolfClub. The winner’s name will be inscribed thereon and he/she will be given a suitable memento.
8. No competitor can win more than one prize, but competitors qualifying for more than one shall have the option as to which prize they take.
